Shipping Information for Sealed Products

  • Shipping rates are calculated automatically based on your order's weight and shipping destination.
  • Orders ship every Wednesday, once your payment is confirmed.
  • Ensure your shipping details are accurate. We cannot be responsible for errors in shipping information.
  • While we maintain high standards for packaging, minor scuffs or damage during shipping may occur. We are not liable for any damage caused in transit.

 Tracking and Shipment Confirmation

  • You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships.

 Damages During Shipping

  • We are not responsible for products lost or damaged during shipping.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to retain all packaging and damaged goods for your claim.

Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are final once products are opened during live events or after shipment.
  • No refunds are issued for opened items.
  • We reserve the right to cancel an order before it ships, in which case a full refund will be issued.
  • A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to canceled or incomplete pre-orders.
